I am going to purchase a new riflle and I am down to two to pick from The savage weather warrior 300 wsm and the Browning A-Bolt composite stalker 300wsm. Which one would be the better purchase

Love my a bolt, but if your buying an older 300 wsm you may want to pick up a good pachmayer pad. On my 325(which is about a year old) the one thats on there is great, the one on my 300 wsm(about 2 years old) was horrible, got a pachmayer, problem solved.

Savage rifles tend to be some of the most accurate rifles out of the box so the weather warrior would be my pick. Probably a little cheaper as well.

The Savage will be as accurate and the lower cost will allow you to spend more on better optics or buy more ammo.

Between those two its an easy choice for me and its the Savage. Savage rifles are very accurate and made in the USA.

actually according to msrp they are about the same price.

I see all of these food plot mixes advertised - and I am sure that some of them are super - but why not experiment and come up with something that works great for your plots and your hunting land?
