You need to check with some of the local sporting goods dealers around your area. But in all reality I doubt that you will find anyone that is willing to rent you one just due to the liability issue of it.
One other thing you might look at is buying one. There are some good cheap ones out there that you could buy for about the same price that you might be able to rent one for.

I learned this the hard way last year. If you're hunting in an area with lots of bear activity, it's a great idea to stash your food and water up in a tree.
