You need to check with some of the local sporting goods dealers around your area. But in all reality I doubt that you will find anyone that is willing to rent you one just due to the liability issue of it.
One other thing you might look at is buying one. There are some good cheap ones out there that you could buy for about the same price that you might be able to rent one for.
Lone Wolf Treestands is a newer high end stand. They are incredibly light which has great advantages when carrying it through the woods. You also can't go wrong with Ol'Man. They have been around for awhile and their new Drone with the Hex drive is very convenient being able to level yourself while up in a climber.
Hunting is not usually a pursuit where instant gratification abounds. It takes a lot of time, practice, resources and patience to be a successful hunter. So when someone decides that an area they hunted only once without taking an animal is worthless and devoid of game, I don't quite understand it. These people usually jump from game management unit to game management unit; trying a new one every year.
Now don't get me wrong, there are people that just enjoy scouting and hunting...
