You are right most companies will work hard to keep their customer base. For example, I purchased a Primos rattlin bag that came apart on me. It is a low price item, but I wrote the company and they sent me a prepaid envelope to send it back and they fixed it.

I continue to purchase Primos game calls because the product is good and they treat their customers right.
