Can anyone tell me what the tikka T3 lite Stainless are like, I was thinking og buying one in 308 orshould I buy the Browning A-Bolt stainless stalker

I don't hear anything bad about them. Probably the best thing to do is go find one some where and see what you think of it.

I can't think of a bad rifle on the market. If a brand was unsafe in the first place, it wouldn't br there. To much liability. After that it really does boil down to personnel choice.

I had one in 7mm rem mag but I sold it and got a Browning. The Tikka has a super cheap stock on it and a plastic trigger guard , they are accurate and have wonderful triggers. If I would buy a Tikka T3 Lite it would be in a smaller caliber like the 308 because the recoil on the cheap stock wouldn't be that bad. If you got the money to spend buy the browning much higher quality rifle IMHO.
