While I don't think it's ncessary to walk around "open carry", especially since it can't even be loaded, I still feel it's a right. I think the CA legislature may be getting cold feet, and didn't want to get hurt by this.

Did I get this right, you can carry a hand gun but you can't load it? What's the point? 
That is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard. I will not ever live in a state with bogus laws such as that.
