Just check'n in...Still ant

Just check'n in...Still ant got that monkey off my back...Sat in ground blind saturday morn'n,only seen a fox...I'm close enuff to one of my feeder's that i should hear it go off, well i did'nt...Go to check it out and there's 200 pound's of korn on ground.Spinner blade on it came off and we no where the korn will go...Bout to give up on feeder's...Saturday afternoon i put up a hang on stand in another area.Sat there Sunday morn'n,come bout 8:30 not see'n nothing i Dcided to give the grunt tube a try.Well it brought something in but not what i wanted,i look to my rite an here it come's.Mr.Kowyote,get's to within 20 yard's of me and stop's broadside and look's back,i also look back and their's another. So i said to myself "Self your gonna take the first one out,it's bigger".So i go to turn (had to come up on rite side) to get on it and the dang fabric on stand make's a rip'n sound.Yote turn's and look's up rite at me,BUSTED,it then get's behind me and get's a whiff of me.GONE,when that lead Yote took off well then i see the rest of them, their were 5 of them.Sat there that afternoon and i seen another way off.Wife sat in another location and she seen 3 of them.I think i have a YOTE problem, sure wish i had my 270 that morn'n.I've yet to see a deer while on stand, something ant rite....

Sorry to hear you haven't had

Sorry to hear you haven't had any luck yet!  Between having troubles with your feeders and coyotes, it sounds like that would make your hunt tougher.  I imagine having coyotes concentrated in that area like they are definitely is impacting your deer season.  Hopefully if you get the chance again, you can save a few deer by eliminating a few coyotes.  How much longer does your season last?  Good luck with the rest of your hunt.  It would be great if you could connect on a nice, big whitetail to go with NiceShot's mulie!

My season down here can go as

My season down here can go as far as Feb 19th,if i hunt in zone B.I live rite on a zone line, the state add'd another zone last year. The zone i mainly hunt go's to Jan 22nd.I have'nt given up,give it my best to help NiceShot out.I no if anybody on here connect's it'll be MOF or DeerSlayer, with the Luck i'm have'n it'll prob be Both. They dont give no slack,2 tuff feller's there, just a matter of time.Yea i gotta knock the air outa some of them Yote's.Gonna have'ta start carry'n my rifle in truck, course with my luck, then i wont see any...Ha!....With all the Yote's i'm see'n i'm surprised at the amount of Turkey's i'm see'n also.Sunday's total of Yote's seen was 9,the wife 3,me 6...Hope this kooler weather stic's around,i'm love'n it,though i'd like to see it get a lil kooler...

So, Chrisp, were you able to

So, Chrisp, were you able to put some meat in the freezer?  I think I remember reading that you had some trouble with access to your typical hunting grounds.  Were you able to get access elsewhere?  Were you able to get back on your typical grounds after that blew over?  If you posted elsewhere, sorry I missed it.
