Suggestions? Raging bull 454

I am an avid bow hunter and have purchased a taurus raging bull to carry during firearm season for deer. I have steel sights on it now but feel they will not be good during low light conditions. I have thought about a red dot scope but am afraid it is going to make it to big and bulky. I am looking for suggestions. Scope or other sight options?

If you don't want the bulk of a scope, I would look at HiViz or TruGlo sights. They use fiber optic technology to make sights more visible in low light.

If the sights can't be removed then try painting the front sight, and dotting the sides of the rear sight a different color if possible. Red and white works great, but I think you might find some flouresent paint that may work better. If the sights can be removed, then deffinately get the fiber optic sights. They are amazing.

One welcome to the forum. I moved this out of the NE thread to the hand gun thread thinking you might get a little more attention?

rrbriss -- I mounted an Ultradot 30 on my Super Redhawk and it weighs only a hair over 4 ounces. It does make it a bit bulkier, but I love it. A small red dot is great for hunting IMHO.
