Nice review on the Steven's rifle. I've been watching for one around here for quite a while, never seen one. Been thinking about a 223 for quite a while but don't want to spend much on one.

I just purchased two Stevens rifles from Academy Sports with Desert Tan instead of the gray. One is a 270 and one is a 7mm08. I was loading 139g Hornedy bullets this weekend for the 7mm08 using resized 308 lake City brass. Allo seems to work very well. I have yet to shoot for groups. Soon I hope.
