I agree. Kid will prolly go home and make jokes about his "three days in the tank', and not learn a damn thing. I hope thats not the case though.

I agree. The punishment was pretty light. That kid is definately laughing about it now. I'm questioning the fine......the DNA test cost the state $750 to perform, yet the kid was only fined $250????? If found guilty, shouldn't the fine AT LEAST cover the cost of the test? Why should tax payers pick up the tab for this idiots lack of ethics? It seems the only thing this kid learned is how NOT to get caught next time. Don't take pictures, and brag about where/when he shoots his next trophy. Minnimum fine should have been $1000, loss of hunting privleges for several years, community service, and probation. Just my thoughts.
