Guys - I have a small house on a little over an acre in the Troy, SC area. House is in bad shape and definitely needs some TLC. It would be a perfect house for a group who lease hunting land in the area. Any ideas on how to get the word out? MLS isnt doing the trick! Will sell at a steal of a price.
