Some help please

Ok so my hunting partner and I have been going to the Naches area for 4 years now. Getting real crowded now and the animals are obviously real skiddish. Looking for a new area perhaps on the west side for Elk. We are Bow hunters, would like to get out early and scout but not really sure of any good areas......any help would be great.

welcome to BGH, Outfield.
If your looking for a new elk hunting area west side, might check out the "mountain home" area on hwy 20. Both sides of hwy, Santaim unit on north side/McKenzie unit on the south side of hwy 20. Have been scounting that area me self and have seen a small herd just up behide the old mountain home, up NF road 2041.

Good Luck,

Generally what I do when I am looking for new area's and have no idea where to go I go to my local equipment retailer. Why? Because these guys talk to hunters and outdoors men on a daily basis so you know that there is a good chance they could point you in a new direction.

Good Luck.
