Just wondering how everones scouting is going so far this year. I've been out a few times and have found some nice deer and elk. I wish i remembered my camera. my last trip to hang my trail cam i saw a really nice bull. i hope i have some good pics on my cam to post soon.

we're doing good so far in my group. Found several bands of mountain goats so far for the one guy who drew the tag, we have our elk and deer scouting done, now it's just scouting for fun. Saw over 75 elk two weeks ago during an 8 hour horse ride through our hunt area.

I have only scouted once saw
I have only scouted once saw few does some and some nice bucks. Haven't seen any bears yet but don't in my bear spots till early august.Haven't had a chance to get up into back country yet. Tons of green everywhere should be a good year.

I was up in GMU 17 last month looking for Moose. Did not get quit to where I was going due to the snow. However we did see about 60 head of elk and about 20 whitetails. All in all it was a good trip however in Idaho guess you need to wait till July so you can make it up where the snow has melted.

went up over the weekend
went up over the weekend didnt see anything but only went for a few hour in the middle of the day. i was more or less a trip for some alone time.

Made it out to the hills
Made it out to the hills today. I checked my cam, had a few pics on it. On my way in to the area saw 3 deer all does, and on the way out saw 6 more deer 2 bucks and a skunk. Think i found a pretty good area, 3 trips there and a total of 57 animals

It's been trememndous here in Colorado in Colorado. The bulls seem like they are fully developed already in early July.
