Sorry to hear of the broken parts and the poor customer service. I would have expected much better and punctual service from them. Don't know the directors email, but if I were you I'd get on the phone and demand to speak to someone in charge and demand to settle this as high up the chain of command as you can get. For what things cost these days, companies owe their cutomers much better customer service.

Here is the Berretta USA customer service number if you want to try a different route: 1-800-237-3882. It took me five months to get a pair of ring inserts for a set of sako mounts. Since Berretta took over the customer service is pathetic. I love my Sako 85, but have never seen such poor service.

Sorry to hear about your rifle. I see you are still a proud owner, is this the first Sako that you have owned or have a long history with them. I've had my eye on a 22-250 for awhile.
