I feel sorry for you, having to by a new gun;)J

I have tried different bullets and different bullets weight but the inaccuracy is still there. There is most surly something wrong with the rifle because it can perform excellent groups (cc<10mm) and then throws bullets all over the target. I have returned it to the retailer and now its up to them to fix it and if they don’t succeed then I’ll change it for some other rifle from another manufacturer and where thinking about Weirauch.

Update on the Hornet story. The rifle is now on its way back to the US for examination by Ruger’s own personnel. The down side is that it will take five months for me to get it back so I will probably make them to repurchase it and start looking for a different rifle. I was thinking about rechambering my 222Rem to a 221Fireball. Anyone familiar with the Fireball?
