Rokon.....anyone?

Does anyone have one of these things? The only place I have seen one is on their web site. There are only a few dealers in Colorado and they are quite a drive to get to. Not sure if I want to pull the trigger yet.

ANY feedback on Rokon would be appreciated!

I'm not sure about Rokon but my stepdad and uncle used to use something real similar for years and loved them. They said you could go just about anywhere with them. Just don't be in a hurry because they aren't real fast. They don't use them anymore because we hike in several miles on non-motorized trails.

What did they ride? I saw that they can tackle a 60% grade and have a max speed of 35. Thanks.

Rokon

I've never actually seen one of these, but I have read about them and they sound like they'd be great for remote hunting. They'll go places no ATV ever will and with a lot less impact. If you do buy one, please post back and let us know how you like it.

I'm not sure what brand but they were a ballooned tire motorcycle. They said they only went 30 MPH's tops. But again that was several years ago but my stepdad still talks about getting another one.

OK, if I take the plunge and get one I will post and let everyone know how it works. They are a bit pricey but hey, it's only dirty paper right?

they are fun and will go anywhere. But there are some things to know about them. First they are very rough riding. they are also different to steer because the front wheel goes where it is pointed unlike a regular motorcycle. You have to fight the steering. But I do recomend them if you want to go where no other bike will go.
