I have not personally used them, but I do hav a coule of friends that use trophy ridge rests.  I have not heard any complaints, since they are still using them.  You thinking of getting one?

I have purchased nothing so far, still gathering opinions.

Per friends, it is one I am seriously considering.
Some claim it does a great job of maintaining arrow position and is super quiet.
Only down side I've heard is it requires some clearance not offered on some bows.
