get yourself a bdL 700 you wont be disappointed man. had one in 30-06 for yrs and its awesome. like i said before only thing i dont like is the floor plate. thats why i tend to favor browning over rem cause of the clip. hope this helps ya
If you get the 700 SPS DM you will have a detachable magazine if that is what you want. Remington has some other 700's with detachable magazines as well. You will like the SPS. It is a great rifle for the money.
