Reed Material for Grunt Call

Just wanting some information on where yall might get your reed material for making grunt calls...I would like to attempt to make one and I am kinda new at the call making deal...Also, what material and thickness do you recommend?

Hunting Tip: Out of State Scouting for DIY Hunt

The quandary of all hunters is how do I give myself the best chance to take home a trophy animal after shelling out hundreds of dollars for that coveted tag in another state.
