Recent South Africa Trip

Hello all, I am new to this site and I recently took my first safari with my father and brother. I must say that it was a incredible experience that I hope I can repeat one day. I was blessed in the fact that my father took me and it has given me memories I will never forget. Here are some of my photos.

I hunted with an outfitter called Huntershill Safari in the eastern cape of SA. I think the neares town was Queenstown. I used a Remington 700 in 7mm Ultra Mag with 160 and 175 grain Federal Trophy bonded bear claw bullets. I do not have a bad thing to say about the outfitter or the PH. This was my first trip though so I have nothing to compare it to.

Very nice pics. I will be back in SA in July for a plains game hunt. Hoping to try for Eland and Zebra on this trip.

Thumbs up Great that your father took you along, in a time where more and more kids don't have a relationship with their fathers it's nice to be reminded there are still some decent loving father/son relationships out there.
The Cape area is a good place to make your first trip to...good prices and tons of animals.

Hello triggerhappyjack, excellent safari antelopes, please nuisance if not, why how much money leaves a safari similar to yours and what you think of the caliber 338 Winchester Magnum for a safari like yours?.

Thank you very much, Thumbs up

Ovny.
