A friend of mine has a like-new Model 94 carbine that is supposedly "like new". It's been in a gun case for 30 or more years. He says it's only been shot about 6 times. I don't think it's a saddle ring carbine. He wants 500.00 for it. I own a 1951 94 in 30-30, and mine is in decent shape, but the bluing on the receiver is not too great. It's tight, with 75% blue on barrel and mag. I also own a 1965 94 in 32 Special. It is about as "like new" as you will find. But I don't want to pass up a good "investment" gun. If this gun is 98% or better, should I buy?........Thanks.
