I have a question for the powers that be! Why was Texas placed in the Southern USA on this forum. Texas people consider themselves to be living in the South West, rather than the South.
El Paso, Texas is closer to California than it is to the east side of Texas, 825 miles away and is only 125 miles from Arizona, stretches as far north as ABQ, and Santa Fe, New Mexico Is only 125 mile farther south than the state of Colorado. The western two thirds of the state is mountainous deasert type land, and we drink Tequila, not mint juleps.
It really doesn't matter just sounds funny to me, being called a SOUTHUNAH
