Not a bad buck in any way. I

Not a bad buck in any way. I would not mind taking him haha. Do you actually have a tag for that area in New Mexico? Were you on a scouting trip? If so, I bet that got you pretty pumped up. There is nothing quite like making your first scouting trip to a new area and seeing some really good bucks and bulls. Even if you are just seeing lots of game like does and cows it can get you pretty hyped.

muley video

Well I was coming back from Chama New Mexico on a scouting trip for my elk cow hunt in November. I have an outfitter, will stay in a wall tent. They provide all meals cooked cowboy style. Also we will be on horse back for the hunt.I don't have a deer tag but next year maybe. When I seen the muley's it was just a mile out of Springer,N.M. Then a mile futher east from that spot I seen about 30 antelope just on the other side of the road by the fence.WE stopped and videoed them also. Were I'm elk hunting their all over unit 52.Beautiful area ,highest elevation where were going is 10500 glad we have horses. Can't wait to go,but it has been known to get snowed in and the last road to get plowed where we will be.
