blackbear, my press is bolted to a 12 inch piece of 2 x 10 and fastens securely to the kitchen table with a couple of " C" clamps. Good and portable , stores away easily, as I don't have enough room anywhere else.

Could easily be adapted to fit ironing board Yes Yes Yes
