Well the the last couple of days I made some popcorn. I did up 8 kgs worth of it. I figure 4 kgs (2 bags) per barrel. It actually went pretty smooth, used a trurkey cooker burner and a metal garbage can. about an inch of oil in the bottom and a little better than a 1/3 of a bag of popcorn, I let it cook until it started popping and then stirred it so it wouldn't stick. took me about 2hrs to pop it all. I think it'll work just fine.
When a Nuisance bear has to be trapped for removal to another area Natural Resources get their bait from a TimHortons' dumpster. Or at least thats what they use in my area. But popcorn sounds like something they would really enjoy.
hammer1 and the black bear always lived in peace, so the above is not from personal experience.
As the allure of hunting big whitetails becomes more and more a passion for many, we are finding that the recent (historically speaking) popularity of hunting deer from a tree stand is becoming the way to do it. I'll make no statement either for or against that technique here. This will be simply an essay on what I feel are some outstanding rifles for tree stand use.
Before we go even one more step, let's all remember that safety is first and foremost for anyone wanting to hunt...
