That moose may soon be just a mouse click away.

It is only fair chase if you use a one button mouse. Game pads and joysticks are banned because they give too much of an advantage to the hunter.

People who do this are not hunting, they are just killing animals. This should be illegal and I hope the Texas Wildlife Dept. moves quickly to outlaw it.

Sounds interesting, I'm sure with the whopping 10 grand he has invested he has covered all safety concerns on his end with possible software glitches involved with his most likely windows dependant system..... That is if one will actually be "aiming and clicking" to discharge a firearm from his home or office miles across the country....

I think we're looking at it wrong to compare it to hunting. It an obvious game farm operation. If he owns the animals and owns the land let him do as he pleases. I just can't see where "ethics" ever inter this picture to start with. It's more like me getting to choose my own live lobster out of the tank at a seafood restaurant. I would not have interest in booking a hunt like this myself, but must admitt, I have always wanted a 12ga, mouse......................

I agree jeff, I too thought $10000.00 was kinda in the low range for interactive software with robotics.
There will be no guarrantee that you will actually be shooting an animal. Could easily be some interactive live action video game and they just send you some type of game or even beef wrapped up and labeled "(insert what you shoot here)" along with a close match "trophy" mount.
When you find that 12 ga. mouse you must post pics!!!

The hunting community needs to condemn this quickly and loudly to send the signal that this isn't hunting and it's not the way we do business. There's no stalking, no skill, no fresh air, and definitely no work. You don't touch the animal, the gun, or even the ground. This isn't hunting -- it's simply remote control killing and we shouldn't sit by and let someone attach the word "hunting" to it.
