Check any of the local gun clubs first. A lot of them have ranges open any time. I live near St. Cloud and there are several ranges here that have open shooting, you just need to buy a membership usually in the 25$ range for a year.
Trust me, I have checked local gun ranges. they have a 3 year wait and cost $2,000 a year to be a member. You have to pretty much go to st.cloud or farther to find any ranges or clubs that you don't have to be rich to use

Oh well, I guess I just have to dishout the $20 in gas everytime to go to the range or pay $2000 a year for a local place.
Oh yeah, I'm looking for a rifle range of 100 yards and 50 yards.
Looks like I just need to just buy some land halfway through my life when I might be able to afford it. Then I could shoot and ride ATV.
