I might be forgotten but I'm not gone

I'm still here too although with work and family commitments i cant always log in, so i will browse the active topics. One thing i admire about this site is that; unlike many other sites where the members will slam each other over nothing, THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN HERE. This is the most respectful site i am on and i commend all of the members here and while i am likely the only member left here from western canada i will continue to be a member.

Plus i really enjoy reading posts about hunting in the lower 48.

Thanks Possum

Thanks Wes! FYI Western Canada seems like an exotic foreign hunting paradise to those of us stuck in the lower 48!

I wish there was more traffic

I wish there was more traffic here too.  Some of the forums that I have come across, that have a lot of traffic, have a lot of bad attitudes and the moderators were more like communist.    This place seems to be settled down which I like.  Could use a bit more traffic though.

Remember a site is only as

Remember a site is only as good as its members.  This site has gotten a lot of questions about areas other than Colorado and with members not logging in to answer the questions the ones that join and ask a question just move elsewhere.

If you expect the participation that there was back when they were running the contest then it isn't going to happen.

Very true.

I've pretty much moved on but do check in from time to time and met two hunting partners through this forum.

I hate to see the level of inactivity here. I don't ever think it will get back to the level it was during the contest but what we have now is pretty pathetic.

Well, of course it won't get

Well, of course it won't get back to what it was during the contest, but it can still be a great place.  Like Critter said, I think we just need to make sure to log on and answer as many things about our area as we can......
