I'm about ready to delete it

I'm about ready to delete it from my Favorites section and call it dead for good, as it looks like the owners/administrators don't give a damn whether it survives or not. I usually take a look every day or two to see if something positive is happening, but other than a few of you regular guys the place looks like it has had it.

Hey Jaybe, throw up a story.

Hey Jaybe, throw up a story.  Submit them and see what happens.  I would like to see if someone submits one, will it be published.  I only have half-moderator status, so I can't see submitted stories and tips.  If they don't get back to you, maybe I will send them a message to see if they'll increase my access to be able to review/edit/publish those.  It's a start, maybe to get some stuff going.

I think the only issue with the stories is that you can do the same thing in a normal post in the forums.  I think the interest in the stories stopped when the contests stopped.  I am as guilty as the next person in trying to win prizes, but I am still here each day contributing.  I have had a couple of successful hunts since then, and have posted pretty long threads about each one, with photos.  However, I just did it in each individual forum section (Pigs, Whitetail/Northeast, Southwest).  Maybe publishing them as stories are a bit more polished, I don't know.

The only thing being updated

The only thing being updated on this web site are the cartoons.  All other material of the web site has dates of July or August of 2012... as far as I can tell.  The posts from the users are the only thing being current.  I enjoy the stories that you guys provide along with the pictures but that is the only thing I come back to this web site for.

I pop in and out just to

I pop in and out just to check the active threads. And not as often as I should really. Still like the place and the regulars that come here but get wrapped up in the action elsewhere easily.

Is that your way of saying you're fickle?

What the truck guys ??????

This place only dies if we let it die. This by far the best hunting forum out there, when it comes to the people that participate. I belong to alot of other forums and you don't get the BS on this site that you get on the others. Also the guys on here are way more helpful then any other site out there. There are actually forums out there that guys come on for help (first time posters) and they just get slammed.

If it takes us beating on the moderators and owners to keep it going than that is what we need to do. Even if it takes PMing them everday.

I guess I'll keep popping in

I guess I'll keep popping in every once in a while to see if anything is going on, but I'd swear that when I logged in today that I heard the fat lady singing, LOL!
