Since Vermont borders New York, I wonder how long before I will see them tere. Already a few rumored to have escaped already, but we'll see.

I thought MIke had posted this one at first when I saw New York as he always get's excited when he thinks he'll get to do some hog hunting soon.
Although they breed quickly and fill a general area up I don't think they spread thier range as fast as people think. I've been hearing my whole life that in 20 years they will be in every state. They have moved some but not nearly as fast as everyone predicts. In many cases it has been from people actually bringing them in. Anyway I think it will be quite a while before you see any where you hunt unless somebody traps some and drops them off there as well.
