You're right Civet! I'm rather surprised. They actually did say a few kind words about her. But i must admit. the video about the Turkey incemination machine was hilarious. I'm sure my wife would have a joke or two about gettin me one for Christmas! Too funny.

Remember, there are many more pro second amendment pro hunting posters there than here. They are left of center, but just by shear numbers alone they have hundreds of hunters scanning posts as they go by.

I disagree with much of what Palin has to say. But I vigorously disagreed with people when they said bad things about her hunting, coming from Alaska, speaking simply, shopping at Walmart and so on. Many people explained why wolves are hunted as vermin and why wolves are disliked by people who live on a lot of caribou or moose.

here's a post on a most "liberal" of web sites that actually compliments Ms. Palin, the pictured method of killing a turkey, Ms. Palins shooting of the meat she eats, and so on.

Sure they compliment her to a certain degree, actually they're defending the turkey killing video itself, more than Palin. If you read the whole article and then the comments, you'll see that many got their digs in about Palin.

I'm not much on the comments. Too many loonies. I do read the long economic posts as well as comments. What type of person is apt to comment on Sarah Palin and turkeys. Where as the discussions of Citi bank and so on can get interesting.

My favorite number cruncher did an analysis of Obama's various policy praposals as per his web site and devided them graphicaly into columns of progressive/left of center/centrist/right of center then color coded them according to what they deal with like taxes/foriegn policy/domestic etc. To show that Obama hadn't veered as far right as people were saying. I liked it as it gave a easy to follow run down of policy proposals in a bight sized chunk. No, nothing on guns.

Center Right wasn't a long list. Increased military personel and missle based defence.
