I'm interested in hunting Units 23 and 24 in CO for next years archery season. How much do OTC tags cost for an out of stater.

You didn't say what you want to hunt. Unless things change, I believe deer are unlimited in only unit 9. Elk I believe are unlimited in 23 and 24, but these things change from year to year, best to check ahead. If your planning ahead, might as well apply for a limited tag so you at least know you have a tag before heading out.
Cow around $250
Bull around $470
Deer around $290
Rates change from year to year too.
