Opening Morning was good to me this year

Got er done at a little after 10:00 am this morning. Very happy but now besides occasional fishing it's just practice, practice, practice, with the bow till Sep.

Public land Eastern Colo.

Good luck to all still after the gobblers!

Very nice!  I brought my 7

Very nice!  I brought my 7 year old out last week, and we saw probably 25 birds, every single one a hen, and no beards.....Did see 40ish deer though, not in deer season.....Go figure.... lol

Great looking bird! Congrats!!

Monday all snow should be

Monday all snow should be gone and It's supposed to be 68 and cloudy with only a 10% chance of rain. Good luck getting your gobbler!

Thanks

Gents, as always appreciate the comments. As you guys know it's always fun hunting, as my good bud calls them, "The little elk that can fly,"! Hunting gobblers in the spring is so similar to hunting elk in the rut. Again, good luck to those still chasing!

Cheers
