This is the first time that I have filled a big game tag on opening day. I don't know how much I like it though cause I don't know what to do with myself until my WY antelope hunt in early OCT. You get something that early in the hunt and it definitly increases the demand for beer in camp.

Nice looking muley you got there. Looks like you put a pretty good shot on him also. 
thanks... he's my best to date. The shot was a touch high but I was above him so it worked out well. It was also my firsy big game animal that I had to shoot off-hand. I've always made it a priority to get into a more steady position but it was "now or never" so I took him off hand at 116 yards. All the practice paid off.
