One load for .257 Weatherby Magnum ?

I recently purchased a Weatherby Vanguard in .257 Weatherby Magnum.
I have a Leupold VX-III 2.5-8x32 scope for it. I want to send the scope to the Leupold Custom Shop to have a custom reticle put in. I hunt antelope, mule deer, white-tail deer, and maybe will do some cow elk hunting with it. What one load should I use for the above game to have calibrated in the scope? I am leaning between the Weatherby factory 110 gr. Accubond or the Weatherby factory 120 gr. Nosler Partition. I need advice from those that have used the .257 on the above game with success form a particular round. Thank you so much for the help. Good Hunting!
