Older bulls in 54?

I'm hunting 54 for a second time this year in Colorado and just wanted to know if anyone has information on whether there are older bulls in this unit or not. I'm not talking trophy grade animals  just quality ones. And I mean on public land, not the big ranches in the south of the unit. Didn't see any bulls last year, so not still sure what to expect exactly.

God Yes

There are older bulls there!!!! West Elk Wilderness holds plenty of older bulls if you are willing to work for them!!!! Massive country and if you get in there there is a great chance of a nice bull!!!

Thanks, thats encouraging to

Thanks, thats encouraging to hear. There are a number of outfitters that pretty much clean out their respective areas each season, but the old bulls must be hiding out somewhere. Probably in the miles and miles of solid black timber all along the mountains.
