We did read it. We do not condone posts that talk about killing people, we also look at the context of the post. Though we don't know what Bunnyslayer's exact intentions were, we assumed it was in reference to the war in Iraq and/or individuals involved in war crimes ie. individuals held at Gitmo. War is about killing, no way to get around that.
So civetcat, you wish to have this post edited, how about your comment about Lieberman being thrown under the bus on another thread?
CVC, is that you? If so thrown under the bus is a common term that has nothing to do with actually physically throwing them under a bus, but rather means to sacrifice some other person, usually one who is undeserving or at least vulnerable, to make personal gain. So, I think it's safe to assume civetcat didn't actually intend anyone to be thrown under a bus, but rather meant it as described above. However, if one wanted to act dramatic and prude they could construe it in that way.
