non resident black bear hunting in bc

hey me and about 6 of my buds are wanting to head to BC on a black bear hunt. we will have 2 residents of BC along with us. we understand so far that we need 1) Hunting License $193C, 2) Black Bear Tag $193C, 3) Non-Resident Firearm Declaration $25, 4) Authorization to Transport $??, 5) Registration Certificate $??... What other than those things, as far as paperwork, permits, and tags do we need? also, besides the obvious (guns, ammo, laser tracker, etc.) do we need? does anyone have any good website sources for prices (if not accurate) for the mentioned paperwork (as well as any other paperwork needed)? and if we are with residents, on privately owned land, do we, as non-residents, need to go thru an outfitter or guide? thanks in advance for any info provided?

Not sure about B.C.'s licencing structure but it looks to me like you've duplicated some of the requirements--at least in comparison to Ontario's system.
Firstly, you likely need a non-res or valid hunting licence from some jurisdiction to prove you have hunting experience.
Next, you'll be buying a non-resident licence to hunt black bear. The tags are usually part of the licence. They are here in Ontario. I believe our non-res bear lic is $183 Cdn.
If you get a bear, you'll probably need an export permit. That lets you take your bear out of Canada and back to the States. Ours cost $35 Cdn.
There should be no requirement for a Cites permit for black bear. They're free, anyway.
You'll need the Federal Declaration form, $25 paid at the border. Thats to declare your firearms coming into Canada.

As I said, these are the requirements for Ontario. To wade through the licencing requirements for BC, search for 'fish and wildlife licences Ministry of Environment British Columbia.'
You can also try searching, hunting forums British Columbia.
