Yes, your browsing history. Browsers download and reuse certain files (caching them), and sometimes they can get corrupted (broken) and clearing your cache or browsing history forces your browser to download new files.
FYI, Internet Explorer 8 worked well for the same session that I deleted my browsing history in, but the next time I logged in with the Internet Explorer 8 browsing computer I had the same problems again, so I switched my browser to Google Chrome. It seems to be working just fine now. Don't know what else it changes but this site is working great so far.
