Say WHAT?
WTH. The book says a new law requires me to buy a hunting license before I apply for a draw hunt. So will licenses be available before the 1 April license year begins, or do I have to wait until after April 1st to apply?

No when you apply for your hunt you will buy the lisence then...and I belive they give you a optinan to get yur funds back for the lisence if you don't draw......read page 5 it talks about the refund.

Ok, I see the refund part, but I didn't know we could buy next years license early. I think, or thought, that in the olden days, if you bought a license in March it would expire the end of March. You couldn't buy the next years until after the 1st of April.
