NJ Hunting Land

I am looking for a lease in NJ. I am also part of the American Whitetail Club in Vineland NJ. Has anyone hunted on their properties before? Good experience or bad experience?
ANy other leases available? I am Mullica Hill, NJ and near here it seems too many hunters per square inch of land. Wealthy hunters from Delaware pay a ton of money to the farmers here and take the land. I don't have that kind of cash, so I am looking to hunt a lease which is not that costly. Any advice would be much apreciated.
Thanks

NJ Hunting Land

Hi Hamid good to see you again!
Mullica Hill is way down south in NJ! Hamid. You are completely surrunded by public hunting land. Within a 45 minute drive of you there is more land available to hunt than you could possibly cover in a lifetime. It is very good hunting land too. If you wanted to hunt waterfowl you could not be in a better place in the world than where you are. Do yourself a favor and try to get ahold of a map that was put out by The NJ div of fish and wildlife called....New Jersey open spaces and wild places. It will show you most of the public hunting land in the state and you will see that south NJ has the lions share of public hunting land. I hope you get a chance to really enjoy what NJ has to offer as far as hunting goes. There realy is a lot of game here.

hey! Good to hear back from you!
The only concern I have is how to ask for permission to hunt on this land? Any advice on how to go and talk to farmers? I have never done this before so a little hesitant.
From a waterfowl perspective, I know there is a lot of publicland for it, but it is going to be a zoo during the season. I am looking to hunt puddle ducks. Is there an oppurtunity to do that on private land?? Hmm. That should be interesting. Any suggestion on what areas around Mullica Hill I should be focussing on?
Thanks!
