Nikon Prostaff 20-60x82mm Spotting Scope

I just got my Nikon Prostaff 20-60x82mm Spotting Scope in. I have not been able to use it in a field situation yet but I can tell you from looking through it in town, it is great! I would highly suggest it to anyone on here looking for a full size scope. Its not light (although for its size it isn't bad) and if you are looking for a scope that you only want to use in the backcountry, than I would go for something lighter but as far as optical quality goes... it is great!

Way cool.  I am sure where

Way cool.  I am sure where you live and the type of hunting you do, that the scope will be used a lot.  That is a nice prize and if you posted in that contest the way you are in this one, then you certainly earned it.  Congratulations.

Congratulations Hawkeye, way

Congratulations Hawkeye, way to go!

What a great, high end prize for a first class effort.

Let's see some photos of the jewel, along with the proud new owner!

I have not had time to get the Model 94 shipped yet, but as soon as I do, I will get a new post and some photos started.

Good luck the rest of the way, you have your work cut out for you, for sure.

Keep plugging away, we are all watching to see how the race goes... there is a long way to go still.

Jim

I can't wait to see you with a pic of the gun.  It is a wonderful prize and I'll know you'll enjoy it.  You said you haven't had time to get it ship....of course not you've been too busy posting.

...and working in a week long hunt 650 miles from the house... let's not forget that.

I have another one coming up, so I have to get some posts in when I can.

Alright, good point...I'll

Alright, good point...I'll cut you some slack.  Plus, I know how hard it must be hiding in the bedroom closet posting :D   Just so you know you're not alone, I've caught lots of grief today about posting.
