I hobby farm and make sure the wildlife gets to have good food source to survive the winter, to which I leave crops for them.I let hunters on to my land to control the amount of deer because I get to many because of the food source. Many big wt's have been taken off my place over the yrs which is nice too see.
I also into making vids of wildlife and hunting vids as well. I rather pick up a camera than a rifle these days, lol
If you need someone to help with the crop damage, I would be happy to help you out.
Thanks for the offer lol. I do take out hunters from diff places. I can do that by being a host( like a guide ) without going with an outfitter and their huge $$$$ they charge. Mostly Canadians but have USA friends that come every few years
Over the years I have seen several elk and deer hides left in the woods by hunters and I have to wonder why they do this? I fully understand and agree about getting the hide off the animal as soon as possible to cool the meat, but why not pack out the hide with you and use it? As far as I know there are no state laws that require you to take the hide home, but to me why waste such a beautiful part of the animal? Some might think they have no use for the hide or it costs too much to tan....
