I was hoping there was walleye in Moore Reservoir but I talked to the NH fish biologist and he said no walleye there, just big northerns. The walleye fishery in VT is 10 times better than NH. Plenty of lakes and rivers with 'eyes in them in VT.

I knew they had been talking about taking the dam out on the Clyde but kind of lost track of the whole situation. I don't think they'll take out the next one close to the interstate. It's pretty big. A fish ladder would be cool. It would be nice to be able to fish the run farther upstream to spread it out a little. My turkeys have been sleeping late the last few days. They're still on the roost when I go to work in the morning. Lazy turkeys!
