new to bow hunting

The rut has started here and I was out last night were we are going to deer hunt and saw a nice ten pointer with two other bucks and one doe. They were in a empty bean field next to a grove of trees by a house. My question is will they be there tonight or were they possibly just passing by. Is it worth setting up there or not.

new to bow hunting

This time of year bucks are cruising looking for the first does to come into estrus. If it were me i would hunt in the general area but not right on top of them. It doesn't take a lot of pressure for a mature buck to move to a new location. Keep the wind in your favor & minimize your movement, you might just get lucky!
