Need help starting my dog on bear

I have a 10 week old Mountain View Cur that I want to train to to hunt bear. I am new to it myself. I live in northern Virginia. I have started him on squirrel but don't know how to start him on bear (don't have any bear bones lying around the house!). Would appreciate any advice or contacts.

We ran dogs for years but one of the best bear men I met is in VT.

he is unorthodox in his breeding and training but his dogs speak for themselves.
