National Forest Hunting liense

I thnk the cheap labor post should probably be in the polotical section.

I have a problem with this statement:

quote: The point I am trying to make is a legal one according to our United States constitution. " Does a State have the legal right to charge a citizen of the US different fees to hunt on federal land". It is my opinion they do not! Until we get legal opinions from Attorney Generals (and they may differ)

According to our constitutation the federal government does not own any land in any state other than what is needed for federal offices. So how can there legally be any federal land in any state?

IF THIS WERE TRUE, Then there is no need to post signs about Entering and leaving a "National Forest". Or why have a forest ranger? or National forest Camp grounds. Lets wait and see what the leagal minds say about this.
