My Poor Neck

I've been on a lot of roller coasters in my day, but my neck just can't handle all of these changes of direction. I feel like we elected Kerry instead of Obama. To be perfectly clear, he was for releasing prisoner photos before he was against it.

Where do you stand on this, Pango? Please explain how this reflects the man's genius, because to me it just looks like a guy who either can't make up his mind or who says things without thinking them through.

Why are you dragging Crist into this, Pogo? We're not talking about Florida. And there are no conspiracy theories being spun here. We're talking about Obama ordering the release of detainee photos, and then reversing himself a few weeks later and ordering them NOT to be released.

Kind of like Nancy Pelosi being for waterboarding before she was against it.

What's he going to do next, start a war with Pakistan and then accuse himself of war crimes and demand that he end it?

Who's going to go under the bus this time?

You're always crowing about what a genius Obama is, so I'd really like to hear you explain this one.

Obama pulling a John Kerry eh? not good at all.

I respect Kerry's service in Vietnam. No one can take that away from him. I can accept his speaking out against the war because he was actually there and fought there. So I can respect it more coming from someone who was there that from some "rebel without a clue" ranting against the war, who was never there fighting.

As far as his presidental campain and him as a politician. That's a different story. The one thing that I just can't get over from his campaign is how he was always for something before he was against it or vise versa. It seems like with him everything is 20/20 in hindsight. Not good for a presidential candidate, not good at all. He also did a lot of thing for appearances only to apease certain groups, like hunters and gun owners. Putting on hunting cloths and walking into a field with a shotgun, camera in tail and all. All that when he is not exactly friendly to gun ownership. It's always good policy to know and believe in what you stand for, politician or not. I just hope Obama isn't one of those who is going to see everything more clear in hindsight. That;s never good for our country.

I find his indecisiveness a direct function of his low to non-existent leadership experience. On the job training is the order of the day.
