this hunt took place last season in nevada in unit 21 its a late season archery is from dec 1st to the 10th the first hour of the first day i had a 30 yard shot at a 2/3 it was my first time with a bow so i wasnt going to be picky. i drew back my bow held on him and released then i saw my carbon express arrow rip in half half of it flew over the deer the other half hit the buck and bounced back the deer ran off i dont know what happend i found both peices of the arrow and no broad head. the next to days found some bucks put a stalk but no luck the 4th day i spoted that 4/4 those semetrical antlers and off i was put a stalk on him he was to busy rubbin in does to see me got to 40 yards came up drew back and let it fly and watched the lumenak disaper behind the shoulder he ran about 50 yards and keeled over. my wife wouldnt let me take her new digital camera out huntin so regret fully i have no feild pics of him. but this season with her deer she had no problome taking it out to get dirty.

for archery its you can get it every other year almost i live in the middle of that unit and see the same arrow flingers only 10 tag or so though. rifle is a diffrent story. i know people who tried with rifle for 8 years or so and still havent drawn it.
