I sent her on a simple scouting mission for elk, and this is what she comes up with! With all the dang elk research she's done, you'd think she'd know better. I'm looking for public land elk, and she comes up with a private land buck with 7 others, still pretty cool though.

Yes, she can tell the difference, just being sarcastic. And I'll take a shot of a bruiser like that any day, even if I can't hunt him. Saying that she actually scouts for me is a bit of an exaggeration, but she does report interesting sightings when out hiking. I convinced her to go hiking in my first season elk unit in an area I might not have time to go see.

I'm not sure, it was either 58 or 581. She said it was near Cripple Creek, which isn't far from where she works, and is unfortunately a long way from where my tag is goo.
