My Cousin Drew..... Again......

Just got an email from her.  For the second time in 6 years, she has drawn a moose permit in Maine.  She got a nice bull, I think around 750 pounds, the last time she drew. I have photos of her last one on page 2 or 3 of my Misc. gallery.

She's excited.  I told her I would be too. Plus she gets to hunt deer at the same time.

She should be excited! I would be too.

Wow! She should be excited! I would be too.  Congratulations to her.  She must be lucky – have her go buy a lottery ticket!  I did not draw a moose tag in Maine this year L  But I continue to build preference points and still can hope to draw a moose tag in New Hampshire this year.  So hope springs eternal.  Depending on the cost I might just throw in for the tiny chance at a Washington state moose tag too since I plan to hunt there this fall.  It would be worth a second plane ticket if need be if I should be lucky enough to actually draw a Washington state moose tag.

Power ball or mega millions are good choices!  (I work in the gaming industry and we carry those games ;)

It’s the same deal fro me in the state of Vermont.  I can’t apply for another two years (not that I'm complaining about drawing a moose tag!) But I am looking forward to the chance to get in the drawings again.  Meanwhiel I'm putting chances into the states of New Hampshire and Maine and hoping for the best!

Some people are destined to

Some people are destined to draw tags as often as they can, and some are destined to accumulate points.  I am one of the latter.  I like accumulating points it gives me something to look forward to the next year.

Good luck to your cousin.  Thumbs up
